Matchbox and Cards

I am loving the new Stampin' Up Matchbox Die that goes with the Sizzix Big Shot machine.

Here is a cute little box I made and the little cards that I made to go inside of it.

I used the Matchbox Messages stamp set and the new Scallop Oval and the Oval set that goes with it.

Walk in the Park - samples continued

I hope you enjoyed the Blog Tour yesterday. It was great fun and I had so many  nice comments.

I've decided to share with you today, the rest of the project that I showed yesterday.

I am featuring this project in an upcoming class.

This is a Desk Organizer class. We will use the Walk in the Park paper for these projects.

This class is scheduled for May 26, 2009

If you would like to attend, you must sign up by May 14, 2009 so that I will have enough supplies on hand to make the project as shown. If you sign up later, you may attend, but the colors of your projects will vary slightly.

Blog Tour - Stop #7

Welcome to the blog tour! I am featuring the beautiful new paper called Walk in the Park Designer Series Paper (DSP).

For this first card, I used Baja Breeze cardstock and simply adhered a 4" x 5.25" sheet of Walk in the Park DSP. I think the design is so beautiful, all on it's own, that I am just going to use these cards, like they are for notecards, without anything else on the front.

For the other three cards, I used the Stampin' UP set, Thoughts and Prayers. It is a beautiful set with so many different sayings.

Manhattan Flowers class

Here are a few of the cards we will be making in my upcoming Manhattan Flowers card class.

This card uses the new Manhattan Flowers embossing folder that works with our Big Shot machine.
It also uses the new Whisper White satin ribbon from the Occasions mini catalog.

This class will be held next Tuesday, April 28th and again on Tuesday, May 19th.

This class will be run as a Stamp-a-Stack. I will have three different designs (this is one of the three designs). You will make 4 each of the three designs. You will have a total of 12 cards when you leave the class.

Scrapbook Pages with Pretties Flowers

Here is another 12x12 layout that I made recently in one of my scrapbooking classes.

 

We painted the flowers from the Pretties Kit with our Aquabrush and reinkers.

We used the free Designer Series Paper from Stampin' Up. This paper was available during Sale-a-bration. Stampin' Up has many, many other wonderful Designer Series Papers. FAQs

Q: Is there a limit to the number of free "Under $10" products a customer can earn?
A: No! Your customers may choose one "Under $10" item for every $40 they spend on Occasions Mini products.

Q: Does the $40 requirement include accessories?
A: Yes. Customers may purchase stamps and/or accessories to reach the $40 minimum.

Q: Can demonstrators participate in this promotion?
A: Yes! During the promotion period (April 1-30), for every $40 you spend on Occasions Mini products, you too qualify to receive a free "Under $10" item.

Q: Can customers order additional products on their order besides items from the Occasions Mini?
A: Yes. Other items may be purchased, but only Occasions Mini products will count toward the $40 minimum.

Q: How and where do I enter the "Under $10" item so my customer gets it for free?
A: Upon entering at least $40 in merchandise from the Occasions Mini, you may enter the "Under $10" item of your customer's choice. The item will come up at $0. Please note: The free item must be ordered after the $40 minimum has been reached; otherwise, the item will appear at retail price.

Q: If my hostess has a $300 workshop, does she get to choose two "Under $10" items?
A: No. This promotion is designed to act as a booking incentive for workshops held, not the size of workshops. Hostesses only earn one "Under $10" item per workshop.
