Here is another challenge I participated in this weekend. This one is from the Combat Boots to Rubber Stamps blog page.
Here is the inspiration piece.
From the inspiration piece, I chose to use Very Vanilla, Basic Black, Kiwi Kiss and a tiny bit of Really Rust. Here is my card. I used Organic Grace and Best Yet (both are level 1 hostess sets).
Here is the inside of my card:
And, here is my matching envelope:

This is my first time to participate in one of Beate's Weekend Sketch Challenges.
The gray image at the bottom of this post from which we were supposed to make a card.
I used what was on my desk at the time I saw the sketch, and here is my card.

Original Sketch from Beate's website

I purchased the 3D Circle Ornament die from Stampin' Up! a few months ago. I have tried and tried to make Christmas ornaments with it and I still haven't come up with anything I like.
However, today I came up with the cutest little Witch Hat made with this die.
I have typed up complete directions and included it here.
If you have any questions, please let me know. I also appreciate comments on my tutorials :)

I just love the new size of scrapbook that Stampin' Up came out with this year. The size is 8 1/2 x 8 1/2. Here is the first page that I created using this new size.
The page uses Baja Breeze cardstock and the new Holiday Treasures designer series paper. The words are from the "Join in the Cheer" long Sizzix die offered by Stampin' Up! I covered the die cut with Dazzling Diamonds glitter using a Two Way Glue Pen. I hope you enjoy and I hope that it inspires you to try out this new size of album. If you want to order any of these supplies, just click on the "online ordering" link in the upper right hand corner of this screen and then click on the "shop now" button in the upper right hand corner of that screen.
If you would like a kit to make this page, please check out my Paypal store (on the right hand side of my screen.) Or, you can request a finished page (just add photo).
And, that is Kate under the light spot...sorry, I didn't realize it until I was ready to post.

For those of you who liked the "Just moved" card from my last post, I thought you might enjoy directions on how to make a similar card.
Here is my "pull" card using the set Ahoy Matey from Stampin' UP along with the Matey's Map jumbo wheel.
When you read my tutorials, they are going to be a little different than others you may have read in the past. I won't be giving you specific measurements. I will be telling you "how" I made the card so that if you want to make a similar card with different stamps, you will know how to figure out the measurements for yourself. If you have questions, please just ask.
If you wish to have a complete set of directions on how to make this card Download this File
I would love to see cards you make with this technique. Please use the trackback feature to show your off your creation.
If you want to order the supplies for this project, click here to go to my Stampin' Up web page and from there, click on "Shop Now" in the upper right hand corner.
Here is the complete list of all supplies needed to make this project.
WANT a KIT?
If you would rather purchase a kit from me to make these cards, that option is also available. Please click on my PayPal storefront box at the top right hand side of this screen.
The kit will include enough materials to make 10 of these cards. Due to Stampin' Up! copyright rules, I am not able to stamp or wheel the images for you. The kit will include all of the cardstock, punched pieces and the dimensionals that you will need. I will also provide clear envelopes for your cards. (In short, you will still need the stamp pad, stamp set, wheel, wheel handle, ink cartridge, refill (to make the jumbo cartridge the correct size), paper snip and a paper trimmer. Of course, if you already own some of these items you can just use what you have. Cost of the kit is $20. Click on the paypal link below to order you kit. I ship quickly. Normally within 3 days. Shipping is by priority mail and costs $5.00
